This project encompassed six floors of premium office space spread across two adjacent buildings, each presenting its unique challenges and opportunities. To accommodate future sub-letting, every floor was meticulously designed and equipped with independent electrical supply and mechanical systems. This independent setup allows for seamless transitions and adaptability for potential sub-tenants, ensuring that each floor can operate autonomously without disruption to other areas.

Key features of the refurbishment
LED Lighting and Emergency Systems: Our team designed and installed state-of-the-art LED lighting and emergency systems. These installations not only enhance energy efficiency but also ensure the safety and comfort of future tenants.
Sub-Main Distribution with Metering: New sub-main distribution systems with metering were implemented to provide reliable power distribution. This setup is crucial for managing energy usage and ensuring each floor’s electrical needs are met independently.
New Small Power Provisions: To accommodate the unique requirements of future tenants, we installed new small power provisions with below RAF busbar. This system is designed for flexibility and scalability, ensuring each tenant’s needs can be efficiently met.
Sanitaryware, DDA WCs, Shower Rooms, and Kitchenettes: Each floor was equipped with all-new sanitaryware, DDA-compliant WCs, shower rooms, and kitchenettes. These installations provide essential amenities, enhancing the functionality and appeal of the office spaces.
Advanced HVAC Systems: We installed adaptable AC systems on each floor, designed to accommodate layout changes by future tenants. Additionally, a new ventilation system was installed in the office areas, with dedicated extraction for WC areas.
Access Systems: Safety was a top priority. We equipped the building with a fully addressable fire alarm system and comprehensive door access systems for each floor, core area, main reception, and plant rooms. These systems enhance security and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
